Debra White

Senior Human Resource Coordinator


Debra White oversees human resources and staffing for IPSI, as the senior human resources representative for the department.  She has worked with IPSI for almost five years and has a total of seven years of HR experience with The University of Texas at Austin.  Debra works closely with IPSI’s directors and supervisors to make sure projects are fully staffed.  Also, she works closely with HR on main campus to ensure compliance with state, federal, and university regulations and policies. She played an essential role in developing departmental policies and procedures for personnel. Prior to joining IPSI, Debra had a 30-year career in real estate, which included owning her own real estate company for 12 years. Debra graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science in merchandising with a focus in business.
