College and Career Readiness Specialist
<p>Chelsea Roser is a college preparation advisor with the Texas GEAR UP state grant. She currently serves the Class of 2018 at Manor High School in Manor ISD. Chelsea received her undergraduate degree in sociology from The University of Texas at Austin in 2011 and her Master of Education in higher education administration at Angelo State University in 2014. Chelsea hopes to continue her journey through college access and eventually shift from working with high school students to focusing on the retention of college students.
