Joy Whitney

Joy Whitney manages the operations team, which oversees the financial, human resources, and reporting functions for IPSI. She has over 25 years of university experience managing and maintaining the fiscal activities related to grants and contracts. Joy has played a key role in developing policies and procedures and establishing a manual for grants and contracts management regarding the monitoring/oversight of process activities for all grants and contracts received to ensure compliance with federal, state, and university rules and regulations. She works closely with The University of Texas at Austin’s Office of Sponsored Projects during the proposal and implementation phases of grants.

Joy specializes in the development of contracts, grant proposals, and financial audits.
